FSGS, Normal Creatinine Level, Proteinuria, Fluctuating Blood Pressure
Q: I suffer from FSGS for more than 3 years. And my creatine levels are in a normal range. The results to my 24 hour urine were: Protein, Total, urine result 78.8 reference invetval 0-15.0; Prot, 24 hr calculated result 591.0 reference interval 30.0-150.0
My blood pressure levels fluctuate, like a roller coaster it goes from good to bad. I’m starting to suffer from Colitis im not sure if its related to the same kidney problem and the doctor thinks there might be some relation. By far, I have not taken any hormone medication the doctor felt it would worsen my condition in the long run

1. As your creatinine level is in the normal range. It means that your kidney fucntion is still good. You have at least 50% kidney fucntion, it provides the chance for you to recover from your FSGS.
2. Your protein in urine is still the same as before. That's to say,it is not aggravate. But you need to control it, if you have this problem for a long time,you may have the swelling problem. If the protein increased, some dangerous symptoms will happen.
