Does FSGS Cause Pain  FSGS refers to kidney disorder caused by renal scarring. Generally speaking, FSGS is not painful, but in some cases, some FSGS complications are indeed painful. 1. Sore throat

4. Painful urination

To control FSGS, patients may need to take steroids or immunosuppressants. These medicines will inhibit patients’ immune reactions and lower their immunity, so they are at a high risk of infections including urinary tract infections. If this occurs, patients may have painful urination easily.
