Why come to our hospital?

Madison is a patient from Kazakhstan. When he is 9 years old, he got glomerulonephritis due to cold, and patient accepted kidney transplant after several years’ kidney function decline. But one year later, patient’s condition worsen again. His creatinine is 1600umol/L, and his blood pressure is 180/110mmHg.

In fact, this is the second time he comes to our hospital. His condition is improved obviously after the first time he came to our hospital, but he has not taken care of himself as we have told, and he just accepted dialysis regularly. So, his condition relapsed again.

Before came to our hospital, Madison’s creatinine level is 899umol/L, and his BUN is 27.7. He had gloomy face. His mental state is bad, and he felt cold of his whole body. And he already has no urine.
