Fatigue:

Foamy urine:

For patients withs stage 3 diabetic nephropathy, it is very common for them to have foams in their urine. A common reason that can cause foamy urine is proteinuria, and diabetic patients will have much glucose in their urine, and that is also a major reason that leads to foamy urine.

Edema:

Patient’s proteinuria can decrease the osmotic pressure of patient’s blood vessel, and that can cause the fluid in patient’s blood to flow into tissue space, which can cause patient to have obvious edema.

Hypertension:

Hypertension often appears later in diabetic nephropathy, but it may also appear in stage 3. Hypertension is dangerous for patient with kidney disease, because it can aggravate patient’s kidney damage greatly.

Besides, as patient’s kidney function is damaged moderately, patient with stage 3 diabetic nephropathy may also have symptoms like muscle cramps, itching, vomiting, loss of appetite, etc. But as we know, different patient will have his own symptoms.
