A: Thanks for your inquiry. You said your serum creatinine was 9mg/dl and after dialysis it was lowered down to 4mg/dl. The dialysis is generally sufficient. However, you cannot be on dialysis the rest of life, just as you said.
To suggest you the suitable treatment, I have to know more details about your disease condition. I don't know whether your kidney disease is acute kidney failure or chronic kidney failure. How about your 24 hours urine output? What's the size of your both kidneys? Do you have long history of hypertension or Diabetes? When did you find kidney problem the first time? Please send the answer to kidneyservice@hotmail.com and it will help me to make a complete diagnosis on your medical conditions.
How to stop dialysis?
To stop dialysis, we have to improve your kidney function to over 15% and maintained stable. In China, Micro-Chinese medicine is used as the basic treatment. It can dilate the blood vessels, improve the blood circulation and increase the blood flow in the kidneys. After the blood and oxygen supply in the kidneys is sufficient, the self renewal of the damaged cells will be reactivated, thus improving the kidney function.
I hope you can send me your latest test reports including urine test, blood test, renal function test and ultrasound. I will analyze it and give you specific advice. For futher help, you can leave a message below.
