Proteinuria Causes
Proteinuria or protein in urine, means a condition in which protein loss goes through urine. There are many causes responsible for proteinuria and some causes are accidental which require no treatment while some of them indicate underlying medical conditions in which patients are suggested to take treatment immediately.
Kidney Disease
Kidney Disease is one of the most severe causes for proteinuria. Protein in Urine is a direct effects and symptoms of kidney damage. Kidneys function to keep the protein in blood, in normal condition. And when kidneys cannot work well, proteinuria may follow.

Hypertension

Urinary Tract Infection
When bacteria attack you urinary tract, it may cause urinary tract infection. As a result, glomeruli may become inflamed and induce proteinuria.
Pregnancy
Pregnancy is also a common cause for proteinuria. When protein excretion exceeds these levels in a pregnant women it is considered abnormal and a sign of preeclampsia after 20 weeks gestation.
Emotional Stress
Emotional stress may also result in proteinuria. When people in a extreme stress or bad emotion for a long time, proteinuria may also attack you.
Strenuous Exercise
Strenuous exercise, such as football, basketball, rugby, taekwondo, wrestling, boxing etc may also lead to proteinuria. If your proteinuria is caused by strenuous exercise, you are suggested to stop the exercise immediately.
Orthostatic proteinuria
In some cases, if you walk or stand for a very long time, it is possible that the proteinuria may also attack you.
