Thanks for all the loving people” said a 35 years old single mother named Jiang Xuerong, coming from Anhui Province. Five years age, she was diagnosed with Lupus Nephritis, she has paid a lot for a long term treatments, which burdened this poor family. However, when she got the medical assistant, she regained hope for recovering health.

She also said, “My father die from leukemia in 2008, leaving us a heavy debt. Unfortunately, my younger sister and me were both diagnosed with Lupus Nephritis in next year.” Five years of treatment makes her feel so sorry for her son who is just a pupil. Because of her illness, the little boy has burdened too much and lost happiness in childhood.

Since August, 2014, there are 61 patients like her had got the donation in our hospital, Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital. This action is undertaken by Red Cross Foundation in Hebei Province and several hospitals. The first total donation amounts to 25,000.00 RMB.

Our hospital is the first one to donator with 1,000,000 RMB. We are trying our best to help those poor kidney disease patients so that they can get timely treatment and regain health.

As one of the designated medical assistance unit, our hospital choose the donees strictly. During the audit, we get information through telephone follow-up, inquiring social insurance number and consulting local government. Our doctors explain to every consulting patient, and giving them some guidance. We are also devoting ourselves to service for patients with patience, high responsibility, and top-class technology.

In the follow-up, all the patients are satisfied with our efforts. We plan to help more 300 patients in the second half of 2014, and 500 in the first half of 2015.
