Why dialysis cannot solve your problem?

Some Lupus Nephritis patients complain that creatinine level is still very high after dialysis. Why? Dialysis is called “artificial kidney”. It means that dialysis replace kidneys to filter blood wastes, including creatinine. However, it is not possible that dialysis works day and night like your kidneys.
