Blood in Urine, Feeling Dizziness, Creatinine 1.5

Q: I had blood in my urine about 7 months ago. later I consulted some doctors and they told me to do ultrasound which I did and was normal. later after some months i feel like dizziness and feel difficulty in doing my daily works. Then I had my urine test and blood test.

My urine test was fine but creatinine in my blood was found to be 1.5 and doctors told me to do it again but the level was found to be same. Doctors here are trying to figure out the possible cause of rise in creatinine. I am a bit confused wat is the problem with me? I attach my medical report, please check it.

A: Thanks for your inquiry. All the symptoms, Blood in Urine, Dizziness, High Creatinine Level, in you, are more likely the signs of Kidney Disease.

In normal condition, blood or red blood cell should flow in blood vessels, and they will not leak out. While when there is stasis or thrombosis in blood vessel, the blood will not circulate well.

Blood just like water and blood vessels just like water pipe, so when there is block in the blood vessels, blood will go to other place and break the blood vessel, so there is blood trace in urine. Moreover, with the decline of blood circulation in kidney, those remaining renal cells can become withered, so they will not work well to remove those metabolic waste, that is why your creatinine mess up in your body.

I have checked your medical report. In clinical cases, your condition seems to be IgA nephropathy according to my experience. If early treatment given, you can reverse its further development. But I need more details of your information and conditions. If possible, please contact my email: kidneyservice@hotmail.com
