-Light-based diet: Eat less fat, greasy food, wine and spicy foods. Eat fresh vegetables, fruits, food and other light flow easily digestible food and so on.

-High vitamin intake:
Nephrotic Syndrome patients may have malnutrition due to protein limits. So to strengthen the high vitamin intake, such as apple, red grape, cranberry, hawthorn, carrot, cabbage and lettuce all contain high vitamin.
-Sodium and water intake
Sodium and water intake should be limited to avoid swelling and high blood pressure. Generally no more than 2g daily amount of salt is is recommended. Processed meat, canned soups and fast food should be limited or controlled.
A diet is far from enough to help Nephrotic Syndrome patients since it cannot repair the damaged renal tissues. It cannot be considered as medication. To treat Nephrotic Syndrome, you should take natural treatment to improve kidney function. In that case, I recommend you to take Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The key effect is to improve blood circulation by expanding blood vessels, reduce inflammation and degrade extracellular matrixes. Therefore, the kidneys can get enough blood volume and oxygen to repair themselves effectively.
Nephrotic Syndrome patients with minimal changes can surly get a good prognosis with our treatment.
