What to concern?
You should always remember that no certain food can be taken as replacement of medication. They are only given to reduce burden on kidneys because kidney-friendly diet produce less waste products.
Medication is very necessary for Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Failure. But what is the best treatment for patients.
Treatment for Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Failure
♦ Over-the-counter medicines. If you have some symptoms or complications like severe swelling, high blood pressure, high blood glucose level, diarrhea, proteinuria or hematuria. You can ask your doctor what medicines you need.
♦ Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). If you think medicines prescribed by your doctor are enough, you are wrong. They can only relieve symptoms but cannot repair damaged renal tissues. Therefore, I recommend traditional Chinese herbs for Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Failure patients. The effective ingredients can purify the blood and increase blood circulation so that kidneys can get enough blood volume and oxygen to repair damaged renal tissues. As long as kidney function improves, blood wastes can be filtered, blood pressure can be regulated and water and electrolyte balance can be maintained.
