A person with Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) has moderate kidney damage. This stage can be further divided into two: a decrease in Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) for Stage 3a is 45-49ml/min and a decrease in GFR for Stage 3b is 30-44ml/min. What is the difference between Stage 3a and 3b Kidney Failure?
In fact, there is no exact boundary between Stage 3a CKD and Stage 3b CKD. They may have overlaps of symptoms. Any questions, you can email to us at email@example.com.
Symptoms of Stage 3 CKD
When kidneys are damaged and cannot filter blood wastes effectively, many symptoms start to present in Stage 3 CKD, such as fatigue, swelling (edema) of extremities, shortness of breath, urination changes, back pain, sleep disorder, and poor appetite, etc.
Treatment for Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Failure
First of all, you need to make some changes on your diet. A renal-friendly diet consist of lowering sodium, eating high-quality protein, limiting phosphorous and potassium, and decreasing saturated fats to help lower cholesterol.
Secondly, keep your glucose level and blood pressure level under control if you have diabetes or high blood pressure. Your doctor may prescribe some medicines.
Last but not the least, improve your kidney function. This is the most difficult step for Stage 3 CKD patients. However, if you choose Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), you can achieve this goal.
I recommend Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy to treat Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Failure. It is an external herbal therapy used on bilateral kidney areas (Shenshu acupoints). We choose Chinese herbs and make them super-finely shattered. With penetrant liquids and osmosis device, the effective ingredients can permeate into kidney lesions directly. They can expand blood vessels, reduce inflammations and degrade extracellular matrixes, thus increasing the whole blood circulation. Therefore, kidney cells can get enough blood volume and oxygen to function well.
