According to your renal biopsy report, I think your condition is more serious than I expected. You checked fourteen glomeruli,but eight out of these are completely sclerosed. That's to say,more than 50% of your kidney function has been damaged. Also kidney interstitium show focal inflammation, areas of fibrosis along with tubular atrophy.That's to say,for the last 50%,they are still progress to the sclerosed. So early treatment is needed.
Through your blood test, you have the disorder of the electrolyte problem. You know our kidney have the function of balance the whole body, now the balance has been damaged,you need to regulate it,or you may have some other symptoms or more serious disease.
According to your urine test, you have the protein in urine problem. The kidney is like a ‘sieve’. The kidney ‘sieve’ selectively filtrates urine from blood.
